Problem: an affiliate platform that couldn't say which ad click produced a signup. Approach: matched ad-click IDs from analytics to real signups with a 72-hour window. Result: 100% of recent signups attributed to their exact click, cost-per-signup measured, and the ad account switched to conversion-based bidding. Tools: Python, GA4 Data API, Microsoft Ads API.
Problem: four strategic product lines with separate P&Ls; headquarters needed one unified forecast and one answer on EBIT + market-share targets. Approach: national P&L consolidation, weekly YTG forecasting, OKR management for all mobility teams, and scenario modeling for accelerated delivery. Result: 2028 EBIT target reached two years early; 5-person team's responsibilities consolidated into one analyst + AI support. Tools: SQL, Python, Google Sheets, internal BI platform.
A personal financial model: severance scenarios, FX-aware runway simulation, and monthly burn caps for a 12-month Southeast Asia year. Built to answer "how much do I need?" with numbers, not vibes. (Details on request.)
